Worst Offender: Knock Out Pop-Ups

I want just 5 minutes with the imbecile who created pop-up Web ads. One pop-up may be a fair price to pay for free content, but some sites overdo it with tons of pop-ups, pop-unders--everything but Pop-Tarts. (Yes, I know PCWorld.com has pop-ups, but they're different because they help pay my mortgage.) The easiest way to block these intruders is with a small utility such as Panicware's Pop-Up Stopper or Google's Toolbar Browser Control feature, which are the pop-up poppers I use.
