Buy WorldBench 5 Now ($249 plus taxes and shipping)

Further Information

The price for PC World's WorldBench (a set of two CD-ROMs) is US$249 plus applicable taxes and shipping costs. Orders for WorldBench must be submitted via our online processing system. We support multiple currency options and offer international shipping options. If you have any questions about the product before you buy, please contact us by e-mail at worldbench@pcworld.com.

Payment for all orders of WorldBench will be processed by our partners at Plimus. WorldBench CDs will be shipped by our partners at SwiftCD.

Orders will normally be processed on the same business day if received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern time or on the next business day if received after that time. A variety of shipping methods are available, including United Parcel Service and U.S. Postal Service.

Your order will be shipped within two business days of processing, and that's when the shipping "clock" begins. For example, if you place your order on Monday morning and choose UPS Next Day delivery, your order may ship as late as Wednesday, for next day delivery on Thursday. You will be notified by e-mail that your order has been received and again when your order has shipped.

Shipping via first-class mail usually takes 3 to 4 days for delivery in the United States, and air mail usually takes 4 to 7 days for delivery to non-U.S. addresses. However, please allow 3 weeks for delivery to U.S. addresses and 4 weeks for delivery to non-U.S. addresses.

If you do not receive your CDs in the time allotted, please inquire here. Be sure to include the order TrackingID in all correspondence (you will receive this TrackingID in your e-mailed order confirmation). You may also use our tracking resource at SwiftCD.com.

For more details on shipping costs and options, please refer to the Shipping Costs Estimator.

Refunds and Returns Policy

It is our policy to replace defective products at no additional charge to our customers. If you have not received your order (shipping date plus 3 weeks to a U.S. address, or plus 4 weeks to a non-U.S. address), we will send another set of CDs at no additional cost to the same address, up to two months after the original shipping date.

We recommend choosing a shipping provider whose services include package tracking in order to avoid lost shipments or misdeliveries. If your order is returned to us, please notify us of your correct shipping address and we will reship the CDs to you.

We do not issue refunds.
