Large displays and embedded cameras are now common on cell phones, and these features require lots of processing power. But the secret to media-slinging models is integration: Many phones, such as this Nokia 7610, combine multiple functions, including video playback, image capture, 3D graphics display, and signal processing, in fewer chips, thus permitting creation of a smaller phone.
