Business Travel News: Rub Away Your BlackBerry Blues

That ache you feel after too much e-mailing on your BlackBerry? It's called "BlackBerry Hand." What can you do about it? Hit the spa, for one thing.

The JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona, now offers a massage treatment dedicated to BlackBerry Hand sufferers, as does the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, California, according to the Wall Street Journal. The Hyatt spa treatment costs $80, lasts 25 minutes, and includes camphor oil, clove, peppermint, and--get this--blackberry powder.

But take note: An ergonomics expert told the WSJ that the pain will likely return as soon as you start using your BlackBerry again.

Notebook News: Add a High-Gloss Screen to Your Laptop

A number of current notebooks from Hewlett-Packard, Toshiba, and other vendors feature high-gloss LCDs that make graphics pop. But you don't have to buy a new notebook to take advantage of the enhanced screen technology.

Houston-based ScreenTek offers high-gloss, antireflective replacement screens, called PixelBright, for many notebooks--including older models. Send ScreenTek your notebook; it replaces the display; and your notebook is returned to you within 48 hours after the company has received it, ScreenTek says. Prices range from $50 to $100.

PDA Software Review: Latest Documents to Go

Version 8 of DataViz's Documents to Go software offers several additions that are worth the upgrade, says PC World's Yardena Arar.

As always, Documents to Go lets you create and edit Microsoft Office applications on a Palm OS handheld. Version 8 adds PDF to Go, for viewing PDF documents; the ability to view faxes sent as PDF e-mail attachments; multiple document zoom levels; and more. Documents to Go comes in several different configurations, ranging from the $30 Standard Edition to the $90 Total Office version. Read Denny's review for more details.
