Giggles Computer Funtime for Baby is a software application aimed specifically at babies and toddlers aged 6 to 24 months. Mac and Windows-compatible, it costs US$24.95, and two versions are available -- one with shapes and one called My Animal Friends.

Each software title features fourteen different related activities that let babies tap away on the keys to initiate some interactive fun, learning some simple lessons in cause and effect along the way. In Shapes, for example, diamonds dive into the water when keys are pressed, or animals will jump out of their hiding places on the Funny Farm. In My Animal Friends, Groundhog Day lets you tap away at the keyboard to make groundhogs pop up out of their holes.

Downloadable demos of both games are available from the Web site. System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.1 or later, G4/400MHz or faster (including Intel), 128MB RAM, 800x600 resolution and 4x CD-ROM drive.
