Compaq Presario F572US Notebook: For a basic laptop this provides all you need for Web surfing and DVD playback. This does run a bit hot, so a $10 laptop cooler is needed sometimes. Overall, nothing to either complain about or cheer about. It's a good machine that does basic computing functions.

HP Photosmart C6180 All-in-One Printer: HP finally got it right with this printer. Everything worked right out of the box.
