A few attractive values spice this month's power chart. Polywell trimmed $100 off its Poly 800K7-650's price tag; and IBM's PC 300PL and Axis Systems' Orion 100A DVD shed $260 and $160, respectively. But PC prices are going up overall. The average power system this month costs $18 more than last month.
