Fone2Phone Migrates Data From Cell Phone to iPhone

Nova media has announced the forthcoming release of Fone2Phone for Mac OS X, a new utility that moves data from an "ordinary" cell phone to the iPhone or iPod. It will cost US$19 (a special price) when it's released at Macworld Expo in San Francisco on January 14, 2008.

Fone2Phone integrates a "wizard"-style interface that helps you migrate contact information, events, tasks, notes, bookmarks, photos, music and movies from your old phone to the Macintosh. One the data's done being copied to the cell phone, iTunes can be used to synchronize data to the iPhone or an iPod on its next sync operation.

Fone2Phone requires Mac OS X v10.4.11 or later. A demo version will be available.
