IDG World Expo on Wednesday announced that Microsoft is offering a full day of training on its new Office 2008 productivity software package during Macworld Expo. The course will be offered from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM on Monday, January 14th, and interested parties can register online at the Macworld Expo Web site for US$199.

The day-long class comprises 11 individual sessions on topics ranging from Office 2008's new user interface to its individual applications -- Word, Excel, Entourage and PowerPoint -- working in corporate environments, Automator workflows, integration between the applications and between platforms, and advanced tips and tricks.
