Apple will host a number of events at its New York City retail locations during the Tribeca Film Festival, the company said on Tuesday.

Among the events, the Apple Store SoHo will hold a series called Filmmaker Talks, which will feature in-depth discussions with writers, directors, producers and actors. The Filmmaker Talks begin on April 25th with actor Clive Owen and continue through May 4 with presentations from director and writer Tony Gilroy, SNL's Amy Poehler, Isabella Rossellini and others.

Chatting with people in the business isn't all Apple is offering. Apple Stores in Soho, West 14th Street and Fifth Avenue will offer over 100 free filmmaking workshops that will focus on what's new in filmmaking, script writing and film editing with Final Cut Pro.

A full list of workshops and events available during the Tribeca Film Festival is available from Apple's Web site.
