
According to research by the company, 65 of those watching online clips do so between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays. Nearly half of Web users revealed they prefer watching online videos between 5 and 8 p.m. on weekends.
Nielsen also claims that the duration of time spent watching videos on the Web rose by 10 percent between September and October this year. The research highlighted that video-sharing site YouTube www.youtube.com remains the most popular resource for watching videos online.
