Busted: Most Watch Online Videos at Work

Office hours are the most popular time of the day for watching video clips on the Web, says Nielsen Online.

According to research by the company, 65 of those watching online clips do so between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays. Nearly half of Web users revealed they prefer watching online videos between 5 and 8 p.m. on weekends.

Nielsen also claims that the duration of time spent watching videos on the Web rose by 10 percent between September and October this year. The research highlighted that video-sharing site YouTube www.youtube.com remains the most popular resource for watching videos online.
