A three-judge panel at the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals court heard arguments over whether two electronic surveillance lawsuits, against the U.S. and AT&T, should move forward. The Electronic Frontier Foundation is suing AT&T on behalf of AT&T customers. Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation is suing President Bush, alleging that it was the subject of spying without a warrant.
