Panasonic's Strata Global Navigation system features a 30Gb hard drive, and a 7" touchscreen display, as well as millions of commercial phone numbers and addtesses. The mapping system can be updated via SD card or a DVD disc and can control iPods, a DVD changer, XM and Sirius Satellite radio and features a Bluetooth hands free kit.

Pioneer's AVIC-D3 in dash navigation system runs XM NavTraffic, and features a full audio system for MP3, CD and DVD playback and iPod integration. Bluetooth-ready for hands free calling, the device also includes an internal giro sensor that can track speed and direction so you don't have to rely on a GPS signal.
