Panasonic develops a portable Blu-ray Disc player with an 8.9-inch screen and plans to put it on the market in the U.S. in May. The DMP-B15's battery will last three hours, and the screen has 1024-by-600 pixel resolution, which is roughly equivalent to widescreen standard definition.
