TLA Systems Updates PCalc IPhone, Mac Apps

TLA Systems on Wednesday released updates to its PCalc calculator applications for the iPhone and for Mac OS X.

The US$10 PCalc 1.5 for iPhone gains a new engineering layout, with hyperbolic trig functions, hypotenuse, leg, gamma, delta percent, and more; a theme taken from the OS X version of PCalc; and six new key click sounds you can choose from.

The free PCalc Lite 1.5 for iPhone update adds two new key click sounds, and includes other small improvements as well.

The $20 PCalc 3.4.1 for Mac OS X adds all of the calculator themes from the iPhone version; includes an updated Dashboard widget; and adds a collection of additional unit conversions including a new cooking section.
