Struggling auto-maker General Motors unveils a two-wheeled, two-seat electric vehicle jointly developed with Segway that it hopes will become a safe, clean alternative for urban transportation. The Puma accommodates two riders in seats similar to those in a car and can travel at speeds of up to 35 miles per hour.
