Sony has launched a new model at the top of its Walkman family, the NW-X1000. The palm-sized player's most obvious feature is a bright, crisp 3-inch OLED touchscreen. Two versions of the player will be available, a 16Gb and a 32Gb model, and the company expects the devices to be available in the US in the middle of the year.
