Two of Japan's biggest laptop makers announce new netbook PCs. Toshiba jumps to a more spacious 10-inch screen in its new netbook, the NB200, which is based on the N280 version of Intel's Atom chip. Fujitsu enters the netbook market with the Loox M. Fujitsu has sold netbooks before but this is the first model that the company designed itself.
