The Fisker Karma plug-in hybrid sportscar now has a dealer in Silicon Valley, and prototypes have been unveiled that can do 125 miles an hour, accelerate from zero to 60 in 6 seconds, and achieve an average of over 100 miles per gallon. In fact, if you drive less than 50 miles a day, and you plug the car in every night, the company claims that you may only need to fill up on gas every two years or so.
