All's Well That Spells Well
Check your spelling in e-mail using Outlook Express 5.
Sending an e-mail message littered with misspellings is a major faux pas. If you've installed Microsoft Word (or any other Microsoft application with a spelling checker, such as Works), you can use its capabilities in Outlook Express.
Outlook Express doesn't check spelling by default before it sends a message (the application requires you to manually click the Spelling button in each message you send). To force the application to automatically check spelling before sending a message, click Tools, Options, click the Spelling tab, and place checkmarks in the boxes next to "Always check spelling before sending" and "Suggest replacements for misspelled words."
In the same Options window, you can tell Outlook Express 5 to ignore certain words and phrases, such as words with numbers, Web addresses, or the original text in a reply or forward by checking the boxes in front of these options.
At least you'll know that you're doing your part to eratikate porr speling on the Inturnet.
