Apple's Chief Executive Officer Steve Jobs received a hero's welcome Wednesday making his first public appearance since returning to Apple after a six-month medical leave. He took center stage at Apple Rock and Roll music-themed event and didn’t disappoint the iPod faithful announcing a cavalcade of new iPods, a smarter sleeker looking iTunes 9, and lower prices for most iPod models.
