HTC's HD2 smartphone is the first phone to run Windows Mobile 6.5, and will be available in the U.S. in early 2010. The handset is only 11 millimeters thick, has a big 4.3-inch multi-touch screen, a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, and 448MB of RAM.
