TransferJet, a Sony-developed technology that allows wireless data transfer between gadgets, will begin appearing in products soon. TransferJet works at a range of up to 3 centimeters and its speed rivals USB cables. It also promises to be easier to use than competing wireless systems because it doesn't feature complicated pairing or security functions.
