Dell Small Business has the unlocked Nokia E63 3G Smartphone for $200, but adding coupon code "$NC714XVMPS9FM" drops it down to $150 with free shipping.

This phone originally retailed for $250. The deal is good only for the Ultramarine Blue color, not the Ruby Red.

The lightweight E63 covers all the basics of a Smartphone--comfortable QWERTY keypad, e-mail and messaging capabilities, and Internet access using the Symbian 9.2 operating system. The phone forgoes a GPS receiver and preinstalled games to make it an affordable option for users on any cell network.
