The app also comes with a number of less...physical updates and additions, including a completely revised look-and-feel, the ability to use more of PayPal's features (such as requesting and withdrawing money) and a "Split the Check" function that automatically calculates tips, splits a bill, and requests payment from each of your dinner companions' for their share. (This last feature should be particularly handy when dealing with the financially-challenged friends who always seem to pop up when you're out for a meal.)
