Two high-tech, eco-friendly parking lots in Tokyo for electric bicycles have one hundred Sanyo Eneloop bicycles for hire. The hybrid power-assisted bikes are recharged by electricity collected from solar panels on the roof of the parking structure that houses the cycles.
