Appigo Launches Todo for IPad
Orem, Utah-based Appigo has announced the release of
Todo for iPad has been designed from the ground up to take full advantage of the device's increased screen real-estate and computing power. It features a simple and intuitive interface based on a theme that is reminiscent of a paper binder--which, given the size of the iPad's screen, seems a very appropriate metaphor.
According to a press release issued by the company, Appigo has spent considerable amounts of time ensuring that using Todo for iPad feels completely natural and familiar to anyone that has used a paper-based planner in the past.
This, however, doesn't mean that the app's capabilities are limited to what you can do with pen and paper: Todo supports syncing across a variety of different desktop-based organizers, including iCal and Microsoft Outlook; it also features push notifications for your reminders and allows you to create multiple projects and to-do lists to keep your compulsive multi-tasking habit in check.
Todo for iPad requires an iPad running iPhone OS 3.2 or higher, and can be purchased from Apple's App Store for $5.
