Provided There Are No Volcanic Eruptions...

This app covers every aspect of getting flight information, including excellent graphic representation of the status of your airplane.

Not Hugely Helpful, But Extremely Cool

UpNext 3D Cities is a fairly limited app. But what it does, it does very neatly. If you're in Boston, Austin, New York or Washington, DC, you can get a very cool 3D map of the city. You can also choose a venue and the app will tell you about it and where it is. But, hey, it's free and it's a great way to show off that iPad you're toting.
