Save MMS for Android

Amazon Shop buttons are programmatically attached to all reviews, regardless of products' final review scores. Our parent company, IDG, receives advertisement revenue for shopping activity generated by the links. Because the buttons are attached programmatically, they should not be interpreted as editorial endorsements.
The application does what it says it will with no extra bells or whistles and leaves the user wanting more functionality.
Save MMS lets you save audio, pictures, and video from text messages to your microSD card. If you have hundreds of text messages, Save MMS eliminates the hassle of having to look through them for specific media files. Save MMS sorts your media by the date it was received, and lets you rename the files before you copy them.
Copied files are viewable from both the Gallery and the music player. But beyond simple copying, the application's functions are limited. For devices running Android 2.1 or later, this app is obsolete, as you can now save media from within the stock Messaging application.
The app does what it claims, but some extras, like basic photo editing, would have been welcome. Hopefully, future updates will add some new functions.
