Microsoft has released a beta of Internet Explorer 9 for Windows 7, and so far we like what we've seen. With speed improvements, a clean and simple interface, and some security enhancements, Microsoft has released a version of the browser that gets an initial "thumbs up" from Executive Editor Robert Strohmeyer.
