IPhones and IPads in Business and Education

Apple is pushing its mobile devices in a big way. And because it is, we're starting to see changes in how businesses and educators incorporate these devices into their worlds. In this episode I speak with Macworld contributor Joel Mathis about the iPhone and iPad in business and education. (Note that Joel's two-year-old son makes his presence known during our talk. If the joyful sounds produced by toddlers drives you to distraction, feel free to tune in next week.)

Before that interview, I opine on Apple, its products, and the sometimes unreasonable expectations we have of each.

Show Notes

In our discussion, Joel refers to two stories he recently wrote--How business is putting the iPhone to work and How schools are putting the iPad to work. I spoke with one of the subjects of the latter article, Dr. Bill Wiecking. You can hear what he had to say in Podcast #204: Apple and sustainable living.
