Diamond Supra Express 56i Sp provides little to get excited about. It offers a lackluster combination of a price near the average and performance near the bottom of the pack (with particularly slow results on 56-kbps downloads). The 56i Sp includes most of the features you'll actually use, but for the money, you can do better. Diamond backs this modem with a standard five-year warranty on parts and labor. Phone support is available 14 hours per weekday and 8 hours on Saturdays, though the call is not toll free.
