Techguy15 wants to know how to get through to a Web page where he's getting a 404 Page Not Found error.
There's not much you can do. You can't repair a HTTP 404 error because it's almost certainly not your problem. It's coming from the web server that should contain the page you're trying to read, but can't actually find it. Most likely, either you've entered in a URL that doesn't exist, that page has been removed, or there's a problem with the server.
If it's the later, the problem will probably be fixed soon.
If an entire domain appears to be down, rather than a specific page (www.pcworld.com rather than http://www.pcworld.com/blogs/id,1/answer_line.html), visit downforeveryoneorjustme.com. This site will tell you if others can get to the domain.
Should the site tell you that the problem is only with you, clear your browser's cache. If that doesn't solve the problem, contact your ISP about the problem.
