Good news Navigation users, Google has recently updated its Navigation app on Android to re-route you depending on traffic conditions. The app will now check real-time traffic and automatically change your course should there be a major slow down along your drive.
Since Navigation is still in beta, Google isn't guaranteeing that the new route will be the fastest. However they hope that this update will save you both time and gas on your next trip. Please note that this feature is only currently available for North America and Europe.
