We're currently in the process of rating the iPad 2 camera's image and video quality against those of competing tablets (and a few other devices). In the meantime, why not try to identify which of these photos were snapped with which device?
Below are our unmarked sample test shots from the iPad 2, the Motorola Xoom, and the Samsung Galaxy Tab. As bases of comparison for our subjective evaluations, we've also included snapshots from the iPhone 4, the iPod Touch, and the Canon PowerShot S95.
Can you tell which photo was snapped with which camera? If you're familiar with the hardware specs of each device, you may realize that some clues are lurking in each shot (and yes, we've scrubbed the EXIF data for each photo, so don't even think about cheating).
We have two pages of test shots in this quiz, and the order of the test shots has been shuffled from page to page. Post your best guesses--and your opinions about which shot represents the best image quality--in our comments section below.
