Rainlendar Lite

There are dozens of languages in which you can run Rainlendar, and it supports iCalendar standards, which means you should find it easy to add events from another calendar. It doesn't strain system resources, so you might choose to have more than one Rainlendar calendar showing at the same time. A Web search should turn up lots of skins and friendly hacks cooked up by Rainlendar devotees.

The Pro version, which adds Outlook support and sharing for networked calendars, can be licensed for 15 Euros, which converts (at this writing) to somewhere between $19 and $20 USD.
