This remarkable, free utility lists every resource on your network in amazing detail. NetResView doesn't stop at just listing PCs and printers, but lists every single network share as well. And it lists every resource from every workgroup or domain to which your PC is connected, so that if you're connected to more than one, you'll see them all on a single screen.

Double-click any resource, and you'll see details about it. Example: For a printer, you'll find out not just the name, but also the printer's IP address, operating system version, and workgroup or domain to which it's attached.
