The program comes with four templates...and that's it. You cannot create a new template, cannot download, cannot import. You can tweak and adjust the four it comes with--and they're nice enough, surely--but you cannot expand beyond that limit.
Within the set of allowed templates, though, there are plenty of options. Set color, font, and size for everything, including things like mouseover color or visited links. When you're done, Template Shaker will produce all the necessary CSS and XHTML files--you just need to add the content (and load them up to a Web site). As a WYSIWYG template editor, it is clean, sleek, and easy to use--provided you're happy with the templates provided.
A commercial upgrade grants upgrades and support, removes the requirement to attribute template design, and allows commercial use of one of the templates (three of them may be used commercially in either version, the fourth can be used commercially only in the upgrade.)
