Meet Alicia, an enterprising young woman who owns her own clothing boutique and dreams of making it big. With a cash prize of $1 million, she's ready to realize her dreams. But there's a lot of hard work involved in running your own shop, and even more in building a retail empire.

Posh Boutique starts out deceptively easy. As Alicia, you help your customers choose clothing and sell it to them. You can then buy furnishings to make your shop more attractive to customers. As you progress through the game, it becomes quite a challenge. The customers keep coming, and they're getting crabby. How can you manage to sell everyone just what they want, ring up sales, and keep the shop tidy?

Game play is smooth, and very engaging. I rapidly became obsessed with developing just the right strategy to serve the greatest number of customers. My eight-year-old daughter was also hooked. The game has great variety, with fun mini-games sprinkled throughout. It's a good thing the demo is only an hour long, or we'd still be playing away.

Posh Boutique is only $5 to keep, which makes it a great bargain for some serious fun.
