Run the program, select your e-mail client, and then browse to where your e-mail files are located. Then choose what kind of output you want, where you want it storied, and you're ready to go. Once the files are converted, import e-mail into your new client.

Keep in mind that the software won't convert other information you have in your e-mail software, such as contacts. And it won't let you only convert specific folders--it's all or nothing. And the demo version of the software is just that--a demo which doesn't create usable output, because it masks the subject and sender fields of each converted message and also places the text "Please Purchase Emailchemy." So if you download this software, keep in mind you'll only be using it for testing purposes. To get any real work done, you'll have to purchase it.

Note: This software is available under two different licenses: $29.50 for one-person's e-mail or $50 for an entire household.

Note: This link takes you to the vendor's site, where you can download the latest version of the software.
