DayMate goes beyond appointment scheduling to let you automatically check for new e-mail, dial phone numbers, send messages, and open specified Web sites at times you determine. You can also just schedule regular or reoccurring appointments and be notified by a pleasant chime or a personalized sound.

This program is very easy to use. I was able to set and change appointments immediately, without needing to access the well-organized Help system. The program runs in the background and is accessible via an icon in the System Tray. There's also a configurable clock, plus a "World Clock" that gives you the time in three major cities of your choice.

At only $20 to register, DayMate is a reasonable choice for anyone who needs to manage their time at home or at work.
