This musical notation editor offers only a portion of the power of MakeMusic's full-fledged Finale, but it's the portion that most users need--at a mere fraction of the cost. You're limited to 5 staves, but you can also add guitar tablature. PrintMusic doesn't include the Garritan Personal Orchestra sample library, but the bundled Soundfonts get the job done when it comes to previewing how your compositions will sound.
