At a Glance
One of the big three OCR programs (along with Adobe Acrobat X/a> and Abbyy FineReader 10 Professional), Omnipage 17 Professional does as good a job as its competition at pure text recognition. When it comes to recreating complex documents with images, tables, etc. it lags a bit. For normal business use, it's highly effective organizing capabilities are a major plus.
