KDS AV-7T

In addition to being one of the least expensive monitors we reviewed, the AV-7T also features a Sony stripe pitch Trinitron tube. Even so, two other Trinitron-based monitors fared better in graphics testing than the AV-7T did. Colors were generally good, but finer details on photographic test images eluded the AV-7T. Crudely designed icons mar an otherwise well-organized and easy-to-use on-screen controls. You can move the on-screen display horizontally but not vertically. KDS's warranty meets the industry standard of three years.
