Unlocked 4G/Wi-Fi 16GB Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Tablet, $594

Samsung's 4G Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a 10-inch screen, runs on Android 3.1 ("Honeycomb"), and according to PCWorld's Daniel Ionescu, it "strikes a fine balance between performance and price." Read his "4G Tablet Showdown" for more on the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and its 4G tablet competition. Verizon sells the 16GB version for $700 and drops the price to $530 with a two-year contract. But you don't need to get locked into a contract to get a good deal: World Wide Voltage is selling an unlocked 16GB 4GB Galaxy Tab 10.1 for $594.
