Despite its standard features set and $2588 price tag, which is close to the average for Pentium III-500-based systems, Axis System's Orion 100A DVD 500 delivers great performance. Users will have to get by with nothing more than component manuals, however, as the system lacks documentation for the PC itself. The impressively full-sounding Altec Lansing ADA speakers include a massive subwoofer that's roughly the size of a microwave, so make room for it beneath your desk.
