Despite tipping the price scales at a hefty $4148, HP's new Vectra Vl800 P4 system captures the number four spot; its speed and long list of extras earn high marks. Our last newcomer, the Tiny Infusion 1100-A, demonstrates that Athlon-based machines can hit the sweet spot of performance and price, too.
