Msconfig for Windows 2000 and 95

Windows 98 and Me have a wonderful tool for controlling which programs load automatically when you boot: Msconfig. But if you use Windows 95 or 2000, you're out of luck.

One version installs into Windows' Control Panel; the other, an executable file (.exe), runs on its own. The program also does tricks that exceed Msconfig's abilities, such as letting you set something to run only at the next boot.
