2. Start the Installation
Three floppy disks come with NT. Insert Setup Disk 1 into your floppy drive and start your PC. Be patient as NT loads a bunch of files. Depending on your PC, you may be asked to insert one or both of the other floppies.
Eventually, you'll see the welcome screen. Note the "R" option, which lets you restart the installation if something unexpected happens. Other screens, including the obligatory license agreement, also appear.
