Belkin has introduced the newest version of its SpeedPad game peripheral line - the N52te. The product ships with Mac OS X and Windows drivers, and costs $69.99. It'll be available in November.

The N52te is Belkin's latest-generation hybrid gaming keyboard. Designed to assist players who like first person shooters, massively multiplayer online role playing games and real time strategy games, the SpeedPad supplements your normal keyboard and mouse with a series of programmable keys, a scrollwheel and a directional pad (D-pad). A soft-touch wrist pad gives you a place to rest your left hand, too.

An evolution of the N52 design, the te model adds new software developed by Razer, along with on-board memory so you can save profiles and settings on the device itself. What's more, the n52te features backlit keys and scrollwheel so you can see in dark conditions.

The Mac driver is a Universal binary, according to Belkin.
